The devil is in the details | Loki Costuming in the Avengers
Rene Russo and I, always, from the very first film, part of the backstory we created- Frigga was really the most attentive to Loki when he was a child, and Odin didn’t really know how to connect- uhm, he connected much more with Thor, they were sort of, you know, cut from the same cloth. And Frigga and Loki had more of this beautiful, sensitive, more artistic relationship. And it was actually her who taught him all the magic and we thought maybe he could be reading- sort of uhm, just a deeper into the science, basically new magic. Because in some literations of mythology, Loki was the god of mischief, he’s also the god of magic. And he has, as the trickster, some different tricks up his sleeve. Maybe you’ll get to see in the film itself.
//Mwahaha! Awesome FREAKIN PICTURE!
